Dispatch

Standard orders dispatch within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Each Vessel is inspected before it leaves the workshop.

During periods of high volume or when a product is bound to order, dispatch may take up to 5 business days. You will be informed at checkout if this applies.

Shipping Methods and Timescales

Domestic (United States): USPS — 1-7 business days. Tracked.

International: FedEx — 2-15 business days. Tracked.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to predict or control them.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, write to us at help@analogobject.studio with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the situation.
